ISC India Fest 2025 – Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Purchase
o Each ticket is priced at AED 10 (inclusive of taxes, if applicable).
o Tickets can be purchased online through the official ISC Abu Dhabi website.
o All buyers must provide their full name, mobile number, and Emirates ID at the time of purchase for verification and event security purposes.
2. Entry & Validity
o One ticket grants admission for all three days of India Fest 2025 (12, 13, and 14 December 2025) at the India Social & Cultural Centre, Mina Road, Abu Dhabi.
o Ticket holders must show a valid QR code/e-ticket along with Emirates ID at the venue entrance.
3. Raffle Draw Participation
o Each purchased ticket will be automatically entered into the raffle draw for all three days.
o Attending the event is not mandatory to win the raffle draw.
o Winners will be contacted using the registered mobile number. Incorrect information may lead to disqualification.
o Draw dates: 12, 13 & 14 December 2025. Last date to claim the prize: 14 January 2026.
o Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
o Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including inability to attend the event.
o In case of event cancellation by ISC, refund guidelines will be announced separately.
5. Event Guidelines
o Entry is subject to venue capacity and security rules.
o ISC reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual violating event safety, cultural respect, or conduct policies.
o Outside food items, prohibited objects, and disruptive behavior will not be permitted.
o Photography and videography inside the venue may be restricted in certain zones.
6. Liability
o ISC is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
o ISC holds the right to modify event activities, schedule, and prize details without prior notice.

o We collect your name, mobile number, and Emirates ID details for:
§ Ticket validation and secure entry management.
§ Participation in raffle draws.
§ Communication regarding event updates or prize notifications.
2. Usage of Data

4. Retention
o Personal information related to raffle draws and prize distribution may be retained until 14 January 2026, and then securely deleted.
